Pier 14 Restaurant & Lounge

Although the Pier 14 Restaurant & Lounge and accompanying pier have seen its share of trouble--specifically damage received from Hurricane Hugo in 1989--the restaurant has survived to become a popular oceanfront restaurant in Myrtle Beach. The restaurant's interior features the kind of fisherman-type decor that you might expect from an oceanside restaurant. Along with the nets, fishing poles, paddles and oars that adorn the walls, the restaurant also is known for its seafood dishes. Some of these dishes include filet of grouper, crab cake dinner and seafood linguine.
