Carnival Pride is the second Carnival Spirit Class ship built for Carnival Cruise Lines. It sails year-round from Baltimore, Maryland, for 6- or 7-day cruises to the Bahamas and 7- or 8-day cruises to the Eastern Caribbean. Carnival Pride can accommodate 2,124 passengers and has 1,062 staterooms (cabins). The location, size, amenities and features of these cabins differ. Most of the cabins are larger than those found on other cruise line ships.
Penthouse Suite

Carnival Pride has six Penthouse Suite cabins (Category 12) on the Empress deck. These are midship cabins numbers 6178, 6180, 6182, 6207, 6215 and 6217. Two of the cabins have connecting doors to the cabin next door. These cabins are approximately 345 square feet with an 85-square-foot balcony. Each cabin sleeps four, has floor-to-ceiling windows and a door to a private balcony. The cabins have twin beds that adapt to a king-size bed as well as a minirefrigerator and minibar, sitting area with television, closet, couch, safe, dressing area and private bathroom with whirlpool tub, shower and hairdryer.


Carnival Pride has a number of suites on the Panorama, Verandah, Empress, Upper and Main decks. These cabins contain all of the features of the penthouse suite except in a smaller area, and many can be two connecting rooms. The suites are located midship and aft (stern or rear of ship) and are considered Category 11 staterooms. The cabins are about 275 square feet with a 65-square-foot balcony. Each one can sleep up to three passengers.

Ocean View With Extended Balcony

Carnival Pride has cabins with an ocean view and an extended balcony that is 50 percent bigger than a regular one. These cabins include a big window with a door to a private balcony, twin beds (adapts to king-size bed), vanity area, closet, safe, private bathroom (shower), hairdryer, radio and phone. The ocean-view cabins are located midship on the Panorama, Verandah, Empress and Upper decks and are classified as Category 9A cabins. Each cabin can sleep 2 to 4 passengers and is about 230 square feet with an 85-square-foot balcony.
