While many people get
hotel rooms at one of the popular casinos on the water in Atlantic City or at an off-boardwalk location, others would rather rest at a budget hotel at the Atlantic City International Airport. It's an ideal solution if you're traveling in for business and it doesn't matter where you stay, as long as it's comfortable and convenient.
Super 8 Motel Absecon AC Area
Absecon is a town on the outskirts of the airport. A Super 8 is on White Horse Pike in Absecon. It's a a little under 10 miles from the boardwalk. This motel offers free local calling, satellite and cable service, and other standard amenities. You can get a room there for much less than rooms in Atlantic City.
Courtesy Inn
This Egg Harbor Township hotel on Tilton Road has cable television, wireless Internet access in certain areas of the property and other basics included with the room (iron board, hair dryer, toiletries). You will also have a complimentary breakfast each morning.
American Lodge Atlantic City/Absecon
This property is a few miles from the airport on White Horse Pike. The rooms in this two-floor hotel have free Internet access, breakfast, microwaves, refrigerators and a free parking lot. Despite its rating, this hotel offers a Jacuzzi to guests. Also, if you have pets that you want to bring along with you on this trip, this hotel will accommodate you (there is a surcharge for pets).
Rodeway Inn Absecon
If you're looking for a one-star hotel near the airport that offers free wireless Internet and breakfast, the Rodeway is one option. Other than those two features, you get the bare bones---television, fridge and air conditioning.
