Philadelphia offer refined dining. Philadelphia has moved past cheese steaks and soft pretzels and now boast some of the highest-ranked restaurants in the country.
The Fountain
The Four Seasons has the French-Continental The Fountain restaurant, which offers indulgent food and a child-friendly vibe. The Fountain has a tasting menu, with wine pairings.
10 Arts
Foodies know 10 Arts at Ritz-Carlton; Eric Ripert, of Manhattan's Le Bernadin is Culinary Director. The market driven menu includes braised pork belly, boar prosciutto and rabbit.
Ristorante Panorama
Ristorante Panorama Italian Trattoria is at Penn's View. It offers a plethora of wines and homemade pasta.
Tavern 17
Tavern 17, at the Radisson, is one of the few Philadelphia hotel restaurants with outdoor seating. It features microbrews, short rib sliders and a reasonably-priced children's menu.

XIX, the rooftop seafood restaurant above Hyatt at The Bellevue, has a raw bar and salads.
