Located in the state of New Jersey, Warren County was named after Dr. John Warren. He did not have any known association with the area but was hailed a hero as he helped the revolutionary cause. Warren County was known as Sussex during the revolution and supported the patriotic cause. It was one of the three counties that raised minutemen to help in the fight for independence.

A restaurant in the county of Warren, Stone House offers its customers a relaxed environment in a restaurant that serves only the freshest ingredients. The Stone House, truly living up to its name, uses natural stone extensively in the restaurant's façade and indoor decorations. Likewise, the use of massive steel chandelier and glass wine towers makes the feel of the restaurant more welcoming and appealing to the restaurant goers. The full open kitchen shows diners how their food is being prepared. One of its events is the Sunset Tastings, held every Wednesday, which is a wine tasting of five unique wines. Thursdays are called Cocktail Thursday; also a part of the Sunset Tasting, wherein there are five unique drinks that customers can sample.

The Inn at Millrace Pond
A bed and breakfast located in Hope, a municipality of Warren County, the Inn and Millrace Pond also offers a restaurant for those who are not staying for the night. Zagat once voted this restaurant as the best in décor in the New Jersey area. Its windowsills are deep and the beams are exposed. The pine floor is complemented with muted linens, brass accents and modern tabletops. The restaurant can seat 75 guests and is a favored place for private parties.
