Indianapolis is a thriving city with plenty of restaurants, parks and recreational services. However, if you and the kids are hungry and looking to kill two birds with one stone, try a restaurant that offers both food and entertainment. These inner-city venues offer playgrounds and food to satisfy the needs of both parents and children.

Chuck E. Cheese was designed with the child in mind. The restaurant features age appropriate games, rides, prizes, food and entertainment for kids of all ages, and families alike. Kids can play video games, enjoy high-tech simulator rides and Skytubes and kiddie rides for the youngest ones. The venue is part playground, part arcade and part children's theater. You can have a birthday party or private event at the venue as well. On the menu, you can find baked pizzas, wings, sandwiches, hot dogs, fries and a garden fresh salad bar.

The first floor encompasses 20 large screen TVs where you can watch sporting and media events. The second floor offers over 100 electronic simulation games. Cosmic bowling lanes and pool tables also are available. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and stays open late night for those that are 21 and up. The food is reasonably priced with lunch specials including entrees like the mushroom burger, fried chicken salad or BLT wrap. You can find American favorites and specials like artichoke dip, jumbo wings, Southwest cobb salad, white chicken chili, pasta, pizza, burgers, steaks and fish. The restaurant serves beer, wine and drink specialties as well as non-alcoholic beverages. Jillians also caters to function events. It offers daily specials and game and food combination deals as well.
