Located in the heart of Lewistown, the Waterfront Tavern serves lunch and dinner every day of the week on the banks of the Juniata River. A wide variety of soups, salads and sandwiches adorn the menu. Notable dishes include spinach salad, the salsa burger, crab cake sandwich, turkey Reuben sandwich, shrimp risotto, blackened duck and ahi tuna. An extensive wine list, featuring red, white and blush wines, is also available. Though not required, reservations are recommended for those wishing to dine on Friday or Saturday evenings.

Dockside Willies Grill
The casual Dockside Willies Grill, set beside the Susquehanna River, is located a short drive from Lewistown and is open daily for lunch and dinner. An array of gourmet pizzas, soups, salads, sandwiches and dinner entrees are offered on the restaurant's menu. House specialties include New England clam chowder, chili, wedge salad, Cobb salad, chicken cheese steak pizza, margarita pizza, barbecue pulled pork sandwiches and chicken parmigiana. Lunch portions are offered Mondays through Fridays. Both indoor and outdoor dining are available.

Mr G's Waterfront Tavern, located on the Susquehanna River, has been serving lunch and dinner in a casual, family-friendly setting since 2009. The casual restaurant offers dining both indoors and on its outdoor patio, overlooking the river. The restaurant is known for its chicken wings, offering nine different varieties. Notable flavors include traditional, teriyaki, honey barbecue, old bay, sweet and hot and hot honey Cajun.
