There are many resorts to choose from at Disney World.
There are many resorts to choose from at Disney World.
Using Disney World's on-site resorts, it is possible for tourists to visit Disney without ever leaving the environs. The really good news is that Disney World offers resorts for those who don't want to pay a lot of money just for a place to sleep and bathe. At the same, there are also exclusive and expensive resorts for those who prefer the better things in life. The choice of resort you make will probably depend not only on how much money you want to spend, but also on how much time you plan to spend at a hotel instead of the theme parks.
All Star Sports

The Disney World resorts that come with an All Star in front of their names, as well as the Pop Century, are known as value resorts and are the least expensive on the property. The All Star Sports is a perfect resort for the sports fan as all the decorations and memorabilia are related to the sports theme. For instance, a football with giant X's and O's separate the two buildings dedicated to the pigskin. The rooms are smaller than you would find at the more expensive resorts, but come with all the amenities expected at a typical hotel room such as television, Internet access and a wall safe.

Caribbean Beach Resort

The Caribbean beach Resort is one of a group of resorts known as Disney's moderate resorts. These resorts are slightly larger and more expensive than the value resorts, but not as large or expensive as the more elegant resorts. The Caribbean Beach Resort is the largest resort on Disney property, with more than 2,000 rooms. The resort is instantly recognizable due to its signature lighthouse. The rooms include all the amenities available at a value resort with the addition of a refrigerator, baby-sitting and child care options, and a free refillable mug that can seriously cut down on your beverage costs. There are three restaurants as well as pizza delivery to your room. The main pool at the Caribbean Beach Resort is very popular because it features a water slide.

Boardwalk Inn

The Boardwalk Inn is one of a group called the Disney deluxe resorts. The rooms are bigger and the resorts feature a host of advance amenities not found at the less expensive types, but for a premium price. When celebrities stay at Disney, these are the resorts they choose. The Boardwalk Inn re-creates all the excitement of the Atlantic City boardwalk experience. One notable advantage to staying here is that you can get to both Epcot and Disney Hollywood theme parks via ferry. Guests can enjoy a variety of restaurants and shops on the boardwalk and valet parking is free. A newspaper is delivered to your room every morning and secretarial services are available for those who need to conduct business.
