Four Seas Restaurant
The Four Seas Restaurant is a family-owned and operated business that has been serving Chinese cuisine in Seattle since 1960. The casual atmosphere of the dining room reflects Asia in its decorations and paintings. Regarded by local patrons as one of the most prominent Chinese restaurants in the community, Four Seas provides catering, banquet, delivery and full bar services. Lunch and dinner are prepared using recipes of Cantonese and Mandarin styles of cooking. Dim sum items on the menu include dumplings such as pot stickers, garlic and pan-fried spare ribs, and deep fried squid.

House of Hong Restaurant
House of Hong restaurant serves Pan-Asian and Chinese cuisine that includes dim sum. First opened in 1980, the House of Hong serves breakfast in addition to lunch and dinner which is unique to restaurants that serve Asian fare. Reservations are recommended and beer, wine and liquor are served. House of Hong was named "Best Dim Sum" by KING 5's Best of Western Washington Viewer's Poll in 2008. O'Asian Kitchen + Lounge is nestled in the middle of the corporate sector in the heart of downtown Seattle.
