Des Moines is the capital of Iowa and the most populous city in the state. Voted as one of the best place to do business in 2007, insurance companies favor setting up their companies here. Des Moines plays a very important part in the U.S. presidential elections, since it is the home of the Iowa caucuses, and many presidential campaigns have their main headquarters here. Des Moines is also home to many Chinese restaurants.

Café Su
Café Su serves traditional Chinese cuisine with a bit of a twist. For instance, instead of the traditional fortune cookies, Café Su's cookies come dipped in chocolate. The kitchen staff can accommodate special arrangements for food preparations at Café Su, which offers a hip and fun-loving atmosphere that complements the rather innovative Chinese menu it offers. The restaurant also offers a wide array of beers---some seen only in other countries, while others are one-of-a-kind beers. It sits near Holiday Park and is one of many restaurants that line Fifth Street. Valley Junction is also nearby, a venue where you can go shopping, learn a bit of history and soak up some of the local arts. Café Su offers dine-in as well as take-out options.
