Seattle Center

Located in downtown Seattle, Seattle Center is the site of the 1962 Seattle World's Fair. In this compact space, there are enough activities for two days' worth of fun. The Space Needle, the Pacific Science Center, the Zoo, the Fun Forest Amusement Park, the International Fountain and lots more are all in a compact, walkable area.

Seattle Aquarium

The aquarium is located on the Seattle waterfront, a destination in itself where you can walk, eat, shop and drink the day away. Full of exhibits on the local marine environment, as well as the Pacific Ocean, the aquarium is a great place for kids to spend the afternoon learning about the environment.

Great Wolf Lodge Waterpark

Though technically located outside of Seattle, the Great Wolf Lodge Waterpark in Grand Mound is an ideal place for kids. The water park is in a lodge that has family-friendly rooms and places for adults to relax while their kids are splashing in the park.
