This is a beautiful model home on the water for a short stay or extended family vacation. Our water view is spectacular, and with a boat dock and lift, you can bring your own boat as well. You can relax by the enclosed swimming pool and patio area (or lanai) and enjoy barbecue with a gas grill. This home has a full kitchen with eat-in area, family room, dining room, three bedrooms, and two full baths. Our home is professionally furnished and decorated with brand new furniture and accessories in June 2005. Beaches, Shopping, and Restaurants are all within walking distance - one mile. No need to bring linens or go to the laundromat. We have everything you will need just like home. There is even a restaurant across the street!! You will feel away from it all! In two steps, you are by the pool with your family and friends. The pool is heated during the winter for your comfort. No elevators to hassle with, complete privacy, and no crowds at the pool! Better yet, you can sit by the boat dock and enjoy the long and wide water view, or drop a line for a fish or two! Perhaps a boat ride to the gulf? As soon as you arrive at the home, you will be welcomed with palm trees, rows of bushes, tropical plants, and a nice walkway to the home. Upon entrance, the open foyer with high ceiling invites you to rest on the nice plush leather sofa to peer at the swimming pool overlooking the water view of the canal. Ah!!! Your rested legs will encourage you to walk through the triple glass sliding door into the lanai to take in the view which gradually opens in front of you. Perhaps, the boat dock's lazy furniture further entices you to rest your body further, right on the water!
