Stay in a large and wonderful 100 year old San Francisco Victorian flat (3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths) or a large (1 bedroom, 1 bath) apt. while you are visiting the City by the Bay! The guesthouse is a third floor, walkup flat, with about 35 stairs, with a commanding view of Castro Village, Mt. Olympus, Twin Peaks, East Bay hills, and partial view of S.F. Bay. It has been updated with a modern kitchen, new bathrooms, and refinished hardwood floors, while retaining its wonderful victorian charm, features and details. Each bedroom has a queen or full size bed; two bedrooms have an additional single bed. One bedroom has a full bed along with a full size futon. Hence, the flat can sleep up to 6 adults. Parking: 2 hr. street parking (M-F, 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.) unlimited at other times. Weekly parking permits are available. The Anza Suite, about 800 sf or 87 sq. mtrs, is located near the Geary Blvd. / 20th Avenue corridor. It consists of a large living room with a day bed, a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, a sleeping alcove with a full bed, an updated Kitchen, and a full bathroom. It can sleep up to 2-4 people comfortably. It is a 10-15 minute walk to Baker Beach, Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate Bridge, and Clement Street (New Chinatown) shops. Both units are well served by City and public transit: Muni Metro, trolleries, streetcar, or 24, 33, 31, and 38 buslines. It is 1-2 city blocks to: bars, banks, cafes, restaurants, post office, laundry facilities, goceries stores, and recreational areas.
