Large master bedroom with great ocean views, king-size bed and master bath, second bedroom has two twin beds with a joining full bath and third bedroom has full size pull out sofa that can be used as a third bedroom, guest bedroom or den with a joining full bath. Condo features large balcony with access through both the master bedroom and family/living room. Unit has updated kitchen (with view of the ocean),washer/dryer room. Cabana is located in pool area and availble for beach storage! Balcony host great patio furniture to enjoy breakfast, lunch, cocktails while viewing the terrific sunsets or dinner. If you don't like A/C all the time, unit also has screens to allow for the ocean breeze. Condo unit also has a well equiped fitness center with terrific ocean views! There is an onsite building manager and maintenance staff.
