The new patio level family room with the bunk room and full bath is great for the kids creating three seperate levels with four bedrooms and baths for a great vacation. The large living room and seperate dinning area create great family gathering spots at the end of another great day in Colorado's high country. The large kitchen is fully equiped for fun family meals. The hot tub on a very private deck overlooks the forest. The free public bus stop is a short 3 blocks away and a large two car attached garage for all the toys and vehicles completes the place for your perfect vacation.
