This place is in great shape Fully appliance kitchen equipped with full-size refrigerator, full-size stove/oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, food processor, toaster, dishes, all glasses, tupperwave, cookware, pots, pans, and utensils. Beach plum Cottage is set well back from the road (approx 100 feet), but with a trolley stop just 1 min from the front door, for easy access to town, shops, beach, Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. Plenty of outside seating & picnic table under the pines, and a gas grill for your use. Swimming Pool just steps from your door, shared with only the 8 other units in our very small association. Perfect as a home-base for antiquing, or day trips to nearby Portland and Portsmouth, or for just relaxing and going for a peaceful walk to the beach or into town. Carefully decorated with personalized artwork and quality furnishings to suit the 2nd home that it truly is. Living room also has cathedral ceiling. Large dining area. a/c, Cable tv, cd, dvd, Large dvd movie collection (approx 160 titles). Located short walk from Ogunquit's spectacular beach, town center, shops and variety of great restaurants. Beautiful fireplace for cozy, romantic nights by the fire, especially for those cooler evenings or seasons. Comfortably sleeps 4. Please bring your own sheets & towels. Park the car and leave it for the length of your visit
