Not typical bed and breakfasts, we encompass two elegant Inns located in the Heart of Shadyside. Each is unique in décor, the Appletree Inn offers Victorian Luxury while The Inn at 714 Negley displays a European Country Flair. Built in the late 1800's and recently renovated, both Inns are grand representations of the era, with intricately designed decorative plasterwork on ceilings and skirting, and period-perfect furnishings. Luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets and imported down comforters are featured in all of our rooms. And for our business travelers or those that just like to stay in touch, each room is equipped with high speed internet access including wireless & ethernet options to insure that you stay connected. Additionally, we have partnered with X Fitness, the premiere fitness facility in our neighborhood, to offer low cost short-term rates at their center.
