Our newly renovated Chestnut Lodge Cabin is now available for rentals. This 2500 square foot mountain cabin can accommodate from just 2 people all the way up to about 20 people. . The Chestnut Lodge at Deep Creek, is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom cabin with 2 large Great Rooms. In one of the Great Rooms you will find a Wood burning, Rocked Fireplace, and 2 queen size leather futon couches w/sleepers. The other great room features an old-timey franklin stove as well as 3 additional queen size leather futon couches. The 3 bedrooms each have one queen bed and one of those rooms also has a single bed. For your enjoyment, As well as the wood-burning fireplace, the cabin also has an outdoor Hot-Tub, a TV with satallite, a vcr, dvd, and CD player with 100 watt speakers. Outside you will also find an area to light campfires, a wood or charcoal bbq grill, hiking trails, horseshoe pits, and oh, did I mention you also have your own private 50 foot waterfall, a refreshing swimming hole and private fishing hole stocked with Mountain Rainbow Trout ….. You have to see this to believe it…. Inside the Lodge you will find a full kitchen with all utensils, as well as many oversized pots and pans for cooking those large family meals. We also provide all linens and towels, a telephone, and a washer and dryer. The Chestnut Lodge is situated high up on a ridge with some nice long distance views. The Lodge is located just one mile to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Deep Creek . Deep Creek offers numerous activities including; tubing, hiking, trout fishing, horseback ridding, scenic waterfalls, mountain biking, and some breath taking views…. This is truly an outdoor enthusiasts dream come true.
