The Meyers' Family Beach Cottage The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and sleeps 6 comfortably. The house has been owned and occupied by our family for 70+ years and was gutted and completely remodeled in 2001. It has up to date appliances, clean and new bathrooms, and is fully insulated with an HVAC system.
