Step out onto the balcony of this villa, and you will experience incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean, salt water marshes, lagoon with a fountain, and the famous Palmetto Dunes golf course Definitely one of the most beautiful views in Hilton Head Since this villa has been remodeled, all mattresses are new The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, with ceiling fan, and private bath. The second bedroom has two twin-beds, with ceiling fan, and is just steps away from another full bath. There is also a queen-size sleeper-sofa, and dining table for six. The kitchen is fully-equipped with microwave, electric range, dishwasher, toaster, and all the dishes you will need. All the amenities are located right outside the door. Do you need a washer and dryer? It is located right outside the villa for your convenience. If you want to swim, there are three pools to choose from. We have one of the few indoor pools and indoor hot tubs available For a quick lunch or anything else you may need, you can visit the snack bar and convenience store right next to the pool. If you want to golf, visit the many well-known courses in the area. Adjacent to the property is the 'Robert Trent Jones' Ocean Course at Palmetto Dunes. There are so many courses to choose from. If biking is your thing, check out the many bike paths that are located all throughout the island. Need a bike? There are many local places that rent them for a small fee. Now let's talk about shopping There are so many great places to shop on the island. Lots of Outlet's, tjmaxx, Marshalls, Antique stores and a nice mall. Plenty of stores to keep you busy for the week. This resort offers a private boardwalk over the scenic tidal marsh to the beach. It reminds me of my home in Charleston where I grew up Just a five or ten minute walk, and there are no streets to cross. Please call me with any questions.
