This waterfront, pool home is located in the scuba diving capital of the world. It sits on 120 feet of waterfront on a turning basin, looking down a canal that leads to either the Everglades Nation Park or to the beautiful underwater reefs of Key Largo. Watch the manatees or fish from the back porch. The home is approx 1900 square foot, concrete home has an open floor plan. Both bathrooms and kitchen were completely renovated in 2005. The Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A Heated in ground pool and spa with a water fall was also added in 2005. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, one bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two double beds.There is also a fold-out sleeper and two couches. Sleeps up to ten, two bicycles, barbecue grill, boat rentals available, many dive shops, and sport fishing charters are within minutes. Dockage available for up to a 37 foot boat in the back yard. Plenty of off street parking.The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, shops, John Pennecamp Park and the Dolphin Research Center. New public tennis courts and pool nearby. Just over an hour drive south of Miami and South Beach, and only two hours north of Key West.
