Overview
Only 20-25 minutes from Downtown Boston by T light rail, the Park Lane is just west of the city in tree-lined Newton. Built in 1910, the Baronial style stucco is a 7 minute walk to the 'd' Green line stop at Newton Centre, abundant with shops and restaurants. It is also in close proximity to many area colleges and universities.
