The magnificent and opulent Officer's Inn was built in 1904 at Fort Stevens as housing for Army Officers and their families. Now you can experience the lifestyle that was originally intended just for them. We provide a quality experience to our guests. The Officer's Inn has all of the amenities and warm service you have come to expect from a fine Bed & Breakfast, plus we have offerings unique only to the Officer's Inn. These include close proximity to the Fort Stevens historic military site, military authenticity, a short distance to the beach, bicycle and hiking trails, and access to frequent reenactment activities at the Fort. In addition to spacious rooms with Queen and King sized beds we offer several two-bedroom suites with 3 or 4 double and Queen beds in each suite. This makes the Officer's Inn uniquely suited to handle families and groups. The Officer's Inn is wonderfully suited for weddings, retreats, reunions, dinners, receptions, meetings, quilting retreats, parties, or other group activities in our large common living rooms and dining rooms joined by French doors.
