A gracious country estate built in 1918 and carefully renovated, Squire House is a luxurious Bed & Breakfast on 11 private acres. Elegant, with rich architectural details, yet relaxed and informal, Squire House is situated at the end of a long driveway off a quiet country road. Set in the historic southern Vermont village of Dorset, our inn is far enough away that you feel you’ve escaped, yet near enough that getting here isn’t an ordeal. Our quiet country inn is minutes from Manchester and its bountiful outlet shopping and excellent restaurants, as well as Bromley and Stratton Mountain resorts, which offer a wide range of New England winter and summer sports. Area activities include a host of fine art galleries, summer theatre and other cultural events, country festivals, fairs and several golf courses.
