Overview
The Bauer House is an 1890's Italinate Victorian Mansion built by the town's founder, George Bauer. His home was occupied by Dr. Trotter and used as a hospital from 1917 until purchased by the Ansel Hall family in 1944. Many families lived here from 1957 until the home was purchased in 1993 and lovingly restored by Bobbi Black with assistance from the Colorado Historical Society.
