It is just a two minute drive to the Wintergarden Spa and Fitness Center (year round indoor pool, exercise rooms,spas, etc.), golf course, tennis courts, and scenic overlooks. The house is conveniently located on a private, wooded lot and offers a view of the mountain ranges during the winter months. On warm days, linger on the large front deck and watch nature come to you This recently re-decorated home features two bedrooms upstairs(both with queen beds) and a shower bath. Downstairs you'll find another bedroom furnished with twin beds and a full bath, a separate, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, all utensils and dishware, a living room with a stone fireplace and a queen sleep sofa. Entrance to the home is through a 'mud room' (with washer and dryer) - a perfect place to drop all your equipment after an exhilarating day outdoors Sheets, towels, and utilities are provided free of charge and firewood is provided for the fireplace. Full departure cleaning is also included. We ask that there be No Smoking or Pets at the house.
