Great potential for 2 families to share and enjoy the place if they are traveling in an RV or Motor home since a complete hookup system is installed on the property within the fenced-in area. Also plenty of room for your boat and car within the fenced-in yard as well as the ability to clean and maintain and flush your boat or jet-ski yourself. Only one mile from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park with great boat ramps, beach access, incredible fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving and more. Lots of great restaurants, clubs and shopping centers nearby. Only 20 minutes from the famous Tiki Bar at Holiday Isle and a few blocks from The Caribian Club where the movie Casa Blanca was filmed. Jimmy Johnson's Fishermans Cove & The Big Chill Resturant is becoming a famous hot spot for celebreties & locals where you can watch the sunset while lounging in the pool. Miami is only 45 minutes away with it's night life and the famous South Beach Art Deco District. The RV Area can be rented separately from the house by the week or month with access to the laundry room. Please inquire as to rates and availability for full hook up and get away from crowded camp grounds and the loud crazies. This rental is hundreds less than comparables since I am looking for repeat, mature renters that will come back every year and feel at home in our home.
