Comfortable townhouse tastefully decorated. The upper floor has two balconies with view of our pool and tennis courts. The downtairs has patio and direct access to pool and tennis courts. The downtairs also has an enormous bar area with color television, a full bathroom, refrigerator, sink, range and closet. Unit also has nintendo games and board games for entertainment. This unit sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably, the upstairs of this unit has one king (master bedroom) one queen size bed (guest bedroom)and pull-out in living room (twin-size) and the downstairs has two twin beds and one full bed. Italian tile throughout with carpet in bedrooms. Great for family vacation. Unit has land line to make local calls or dial-up connection. Do not worry about bringing anything but your boat, Jet-Ski, and bathing suits because the house is well equipped with everything you will need. This unit has covered parking spaces outside your door step for your cars or even a small boat Catch a sunset on the bay from the observation deck or park your boat in the marina and head out fishing. Boat slip available for rent, however, reservations must be made in advance. Dry dockage also available. Sorry, No pets and No smoking inside allowed.
