A winning combination of location, quality and price We offer 5 Getaways which are in the most desirable location in Santa Barbara, the Historic West Beach Area, just steps away from the beach, Public Pool, Stearns Wharf, harbor, world-class dining, and downtown shops, including our own local farmers market. Leave your car and worries behind. We even offer rare off street reserved parking. We can host from 1 to 21 & have been successful with both couples seeking a romantic getaway as well as familes. All of our Getaways are in the same building, which my husband and I own and manage. Each have their own private entrances and rare reserved parking. In addition, each Getaway has a large private encassed courtyard, terrace or veranda complete with Italian Fountains, chaise lounges, table & chairs and gas grills. The Ocean and Beach Getaway are separated by a formal entry way making it easy to roam freely between the two. Additionlly they both look out onto the encassed large front yard with a rose covered purgula and bistro set. The Secret Getaway and Seaside Getaway are on the ground floor. While the Penthouse is upstairs. In addition to location, we are famous for the quality construction and luxury amenities. All our Getaways are located in a building that survives the early 1900's. My husband and I spent a year working with craftsmans and designers to create a unique vacation rental reflecting the style of the early 1900's and Santa Barbara. The hand cast plaster gives it both a romantic and European feeling. And the 10-foot ceilings, Waterford fireplaces, hard wood and limestone floors all add to its ambiance. This is all complimented with free wireless internet access, exquisite hand selected antiques from Europe, luxury linens, Waterford fireplaces, private washer and dryers, to name a few. We are not on a commercial thorough fare. We offer private on site reserved parking and are on one level (no steep stairs leading to an attic that you can not stand up in). Finally, we offer bathrooms that are new and immaculately clean. We offer 5 Getaways: the luxury ocean getaway: The Ocean Getaway offers 1,100 square feet including 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The kitchen is a chef's dream. It has granite counter tops, limestone floors and custom cabinets and state of the art appliances- sub zero refrigerator, Wolf's Chef Top stove, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and of course a washer and dryer. The living room is grand and warm – a great gathering area with a Waterford fireplace to add to its ambiance. It has a custom-built entertainment center, which houses a 36-inch tv, dvd and stereo. Enjoy the views, through the glass doors, to the courtyard and grand Italian fountain. The private courtyard has abundant flowers and green shrubbery that can be enjoyed on chaise lounges and wrought iron dining table and chairs. A large gas grill has also been provided for enjoyment of our local flavors. the luxury beach getaway The beach Getaway offers about 800 square feet including 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Each bedroom is complimented with a full bath. The bathrooms are immaculate - all new with limestone floors, granite countertops and French tiles. The sparkling new & open kitchen has hardwood floors and granite counter tops with a cook top range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Its granite counter tops include a dining area for five.
