Residencias Reef on Isle Cozumel (a short hop from Cancun) is right on San Francisco Beach, the most beautiful beach on Cozumel. There is snorkeling right off the beach, and at areas nearby, but Cozumel is truly for scuba divers. The reefs, parts of which are no more than a 5 minute boat ride away, are part of the second biggest reef body on the planet, and Cozumel is rated one of the Top 5 dive areas on Earth. But Cozumel is also great for beachcombers, with miles and miles of white sand beaches to stroll. Residencias Reef 5230 is on the second floor. Residencias Reef 5230 has central a/c, maid service, great amenities, and access to a beautiful, large freshwater infinity edge swimming pool. Residencias Reef 5230 is located about 9 miles south of Cozumel's only town, San Miguel, a regular port-of-call for many cruise lines, so, as you can expect, the town is filled with great bars, restaurants, and great stuff to do. CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Building #1 is completed, however some owners may be furnishing and finishing the interiors. A small boutique hotel is under construction behind the beachfront swimming pool (Building #1 is on the opposite (south) side of this pool. Building #2 is approximately 50 yards behind Building #1. Its exterior construction is completed, and the interiors are now being installed. Building #4 is approximately 150 yards from Building #1. The exterior is under construction and interior finishing will follow.
