Hotel Features. Lush gardens and a large collection of original art is spread about the environmentally-conscious resort, and sea turtles nest on areas of the beach for much of the year. Shady sitting "gardens" and a game room keep guests busy while not exploring the island paradise that surrounds. Two pools are located on the property, one for adults and one for kids, both with wood-shingled shades and cushioned lounge chairs on their accompanying sundecks. The gardens are so vast that the resort offers complimentary guided tours, and local artisans sling their wares a few days a week. Entertainment is provided nightly in a garden courtyard and complimentary, supervised children's activities are available. Several restaurants are located on the property, each with its own bar. The resort provides a shuttle to a nearby fitness center, which guests receive complimentary access to. The 24-hour front desk staff can assist with currency exchange, dry cleaning and concierge services. Other on-site amenities include a business center with audio-visual equipment, currency exchange and a library.
