Vacation at our beachfront condominium in Mission Beach, San Diego, California. Our ocean front condo at Top of the Beach faces the Pacific Ocean and the Boardwalk between Crystal Pier and Belmont Park, and it is steps away from the Bay. Enjoy fabulous ocean views from the deck, living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. Our newly remodeled condo boasts a new deck and patio area, new carpet, new vinyl, new kitchen, and new living room furniture. The private patio area has an outdoor table and chairs. The living room faces the ocean and has a queen sleeper, love seat, cable, a 42' flat screen television, dvd player, and stereo. The dining area has a large glass pedestal table which seats six comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals (except the food). The master bedroom faces the ocean and has a large picture window for your viewing pleasure, a queen bed, and a 37' flat screen television and dvd player. The second bedroom has two twin beds and ample closet/drawer space. Linens are plentiful, but you'll want to bring your own beach towels. The bathroom contains both a shower and bathtub. Additionally, we have one parking space reserved for your convenience. Our condo is within easy walking distance of Mission Bay, Belmont Park, Pacific Beach, Crystal Pier, restaurants, grocery stores, laundry facilities and shopping. Rental shops for roller blades, boogie boards, surfboards, and bicycles are also within walking distance. Parasailing, fishing, boating and whale watching (generally in the winter) are close too. You can drive to Sea World within 5 minutes, and the San Diego Zoo, the airport and downtown are within a 15 - 20 minute drive. Questions?? Please e-mail or call. Our calendar is updated often.
