Great 1920's Beach cottage just steps to the best beach in Southern California. The cottage is located on a quiet pedestrian only Walk Street. No cars are allowed on these walk streets so it makes for a safe place for kids. Convieneant location close to everything. Walk 1 minute to wonderful restaurants, cafes, shops and markets. Take a 5 minute bike ride to trendy Abbot Kinney Blvd. shops, for more restaurants, cafes, and bars. Great surfing just 2 blocks away. The cottage has just been completely remodeled with care. All new kitchen with high end appliances, nice new bathrooms with period tile finishes. Hardwood floors throughout, fireplace, queen beds in bedrooms, queen sofa bed in living room, and another sofa bed in 3rd bedroom/studio. The 3rd bedroom/ studio has its own seperate entrance with kitchenette. We have; dsl, washer/dryer, 40' plasma tv, Direct tv/ hbo, fax, quality linens/towels, beach chairs. Nice private courtyard with a bbq, table and chairs, great for outdoor dinners. Outdoor shower, and comfortable lounge chairs also. 1 car garage for small to medium sized cars.
