Join the many guest who return to Sugar Beach each year to enjoy the spectacular views from the exceptional beachfront location. Wake up to the gentle sound of waves breaking along five miles of white sand beach. One of Maui's best beaches for strolling, sunning and swimming is right outside your door. The spacious one and two bedroom units come with a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, cable television, telephone, private lanai and washer/dryer. On-site amenities include tennis courts, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, putting green, BBQs, shops and an activity desk. A cleaning fee will be charged on stays less than 4 nights. Sugar Beach Resort will begin exterior renovation work as of November 19, 2007 through August 2008. This work includes repairing the concrete on the vertical walls and lanais, scraping and removing the old paint, then sealing and painting the walls and lanais. Unfortunately, some of this work will require the use of chipping and/or jackhammers, which will be noisy and dusty. Because the work will be occurring in limited areas on the property, the disruption will be limited.
