The family friendly, boutique, all-suite Franklyn D. Resort & Spa is located in Runaway Bay on Jamaica's North coast. Hotel amenities include accommodations in spacious one-, two-, or three-bedroom suites, extensive children's activities, fitness services, snorkeling, airport transfers, beach access, a new SeaGrape Oceanfront Spa, which offers European and Asian treatments by the seaside, and a swimming pool with a 100-foot waterslide, Jacuzzi, and swim-up bar. A games room, disco, and gift and duty free stores are also on the property. CPR-certified nannies are assigned to each family and provide education and entertainment for children so parents can enjoy their vacation too. Dining is at a choice of restaurants: Beach Grill, the Verandah Restaurant, the ocean-side Pier Italian Restaurant, Adults Only Restaurant, and Overproof Restaurant, which serves authentic Jamaican cuisine for dinner. The all-inclusive rate includes accommodations in spacious suites (complete with kitchens and LAN Internet access), three meals daily, all bar drinks, non-motorized watersports (including scuba diving instructions and equipment), tennis, WiFi access throughout the property, live nightly entertainment, and all taxes and gratuities.
