Overview

Situated on 18 private waterfront acres and overlooking nine pink-sand beaches on the western tip of Bermuda, 9 Beaches Resort is a five-minute drive from Somerset and about an hour from Bermuda International Airport. This location is also a 15-minute drive from the Port of Dockyard, 20-minute drive from South Shore beaches, 30-minute drive from Hamilton, 50-minute drive from the Crystal Caves, and an hour from St. George's. Resort amenities include the nine beaches and coves, land and water sports, outdoor pool, all-weather tennis court, and activity center with fitness and game rooms. Mountain bikes and motor scooters are available to rent. Guests can also enjoy kayaking, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing, horseback riding, and kite boarding. The bar and grill overlooks the main beach. A roving dining cart will deliver light fare and beverages anywhere within the resort. Other dining is available at Hi Tide (fine dining), Um Um's (full bar), Pizza Oven, and Barefoot Gourmet (beach picnics). The resort also offers concierge assistance, babysitting, complimentary wireless Internet access, iPod shuffles, and cell phones for resort-wide room service. All cabanas are set on stilts either in or near the water and feature ceiling fans, window screens, wooden floors, sofa beds, bathrooms and showers, coolers, beach towels, hairdryers, and French doors that open to furnished verandas that face the sea.
