Finding a restaurant that caters to the vegan cuisine can be a daunting task to say the least. Vegetarians do not eat meat, fish or poultry; vegans are vegetarians who do not use any animal product or by-product which includes eggs and dairy products. Even though finding a restaurant that is vegan-friendly can be difficult, there are restaurants that offer vegan selections.
