Mediterranean Kitchen

The Mediterranean Kitchen is located in Bellevue, a suburb of Seattle, and serves authentic Middle Eastern and Turkish cuisine in a comfortable atmosphere. Dinner menu items include lamb shish kabob (with tomatoes and onions), combination kabob (shish tawook, lamb kabob and kafta kabob with onions and tomatoes), kafta kabob (ground meat with tomatoes, onions and parsley) and vegetarian couscous (with onions, tomatoes, carrots, celery and broccoli in a spicy tomato basil sauce). All menu items are served with Turkish coffee, rice, soup, pita bread and garlic dip. Appetizers are also available, such as the Mezza Tray, which includes baba kanouj, hummus, taubouleh, labnie and zahra with tomatoes, olives and cucumber. Mediterranean Kitchen is open for dinner daily, and for lunch Monday through Saturday as of January 2010.

Ephesus Restaurant

Ephesus Restaurant is located on Seattle's West side and offers a variety of authentic Turkish dishes in a relaxed and romantic atmosphere. Menu items include an array of kebobs made with seafood, chicken, beef and lamb. There is also a variety of traditional appetizers to choose from, such as hummus and cacik. A selection of wines is available to complement your meal. Ephesus Restaurant is open for dinner only, Tuesday through Sunday as of January 2010.

Bistro Turkuaz

Bistro Turkuaz features a variety of authentic Turkish dishes in a warm and relaxed environment. Start off your meal with a traditional appetizer, such as hummus, tabouleh or cacik. Entrees include chicken, beef and lamb kabobs as well as traditional baked casseroles such as chicken guvec (chicken, mushrooms and tomato sauce) and karides guvec (shrimp, herbs and tomatoes).
