Waller Mill Park

Waller Mill Park is a Williamsburg park that spans 2,700 acres. This park is centered around a lake, and is full of exciting and relaxing recreational activities for children and their families to enjoy, such as fishing, kayaking, pedal boating, hiking, picnicking and canoeing. Kids will enjoy being able to run around free, particularly if they've spent the whole day before looking around Williamsburg's historical sites. Children also have playgrounds to play in while at this park, and there is even a fitness area on the premises.

Mystery Dinner Playhouse

The Mystery Dinner Playhouse in Williamsburg is a fun activity for kids because they get to solve crimes as they eat their meals. Visitors to the Mystery Dinner Playhouse enjoy tasty four course meals, while watching five different interactive scenes (you can even communicate back and forth with the characters). Dinner is served by the actual "suspects" of the crime, making the whole meal very entertaining.

Go-Karts Plus

Go-Karts Plus--the name says it all. This is one of the biggest family entertainment centers in Virginia and has everything from go-karts to bumper cars, miniature golf, water rides, blaster boats and a "Kiddieland" area. There is also an entertainment and games "arcade" section. This entertainment center operates on a "pay as you ride" basis. There is also both a picnic pavilion and snack bar for dining options.

Comic Cubicle

Comic Cubicle is a fun place where kids can look through rare items, including vintage comic books, collectible baseball cards and an assortment of other nostalgic, hard-to-find and retro memorabilia. This is one of the only comic book stores in the Williamsburg area, and the selection is impressive and varied.

Mid-County Park

The Mid-County Park is a sprawling expanse of land that is full of fun recreational activities for kids in Williamsburg. There are nineteen acres of facilities like baseball and softball fields as well as tennis courts. However, the most notable aspect of Mid-County Park is the kiddie play section called Kidsburg, which is vast playground that is sure to provide antsy children with an entire afternoon of joy. There are sliding boards, tunnels, wooden towers, ships, tire swings and an abundance of other fun playground attractions for kids to enjoy at Kidsburg.
