Los Angeles is such a large city there is always something to do, especially during Christmas. While many places close down around the country on Christmas Day there are still lots of things to do and see in Los Angeles. Enjoy the day in a whole new way this year and let Los Angeles show you a good time, it will be a Christmas you'll never forget.
Go to Universal Studios and CityWalk
Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk are open the entire holiday season even Christmas Day. Enjoy the Christmas Carols, holiday themed stage shows, and fake snow. Take the backlot tour and you'll see that it has been decorated for Christmas as well with lights, signs, trees and more. It's a fun way to get in the spirit of the season and have a great time walking around downtown or riding the rides and attractions in the amusement park.

Go to a Sporting Event
It's untraditional but there is almost always a game on Christmas Day. The Los Angeles Lakers typically play at the Staples Center on Christmas Day. However there's also the LA Clippers and the LA Kings (hockey) so chances are you can catch a good game instead of doing the traditional activities. You're sure to see a great game and have a lot of fun cheering the home team on.
