April is the most unpredictable month of the year in
Chicago. At the beginning of the week you could find yourself at the
beach, getting your first sunburn of the year. By the end of the week you could be caught in the biggest snowstorm of the year. Keeping the seasonal schizophrenia in mind, don't miss out on these Chicago happenings during April.
Baseball
The opening days for both the White Sox and Cubs are in April. There's a good chance you can catch a home game, but you just have to decide on whether you want to go to the north side for the Cubs or the south side for the White Sox. The Cubs' Wrigley Field is more historic, but the Sox are more affordable.
