Indigo Landing Restaurant
Indigo Landing is a sleek, modern restaurant with a dressy-casual style and outdoor dining overlooking the river. The menu has items like Maryland crab soup, Chesapeake Bay rockfish and peppercorn-crusted New York strip steak. Indigo Landing has several options for private parties. The Charleston Room is available for private parties of up to 125 and the Sun Porch is perfect for groups of up to 50. For parties of up to 500, you can rent the entire restaurant.

Hanks Oyster Bar
Hanks Oyster Bar has a more casual atmosphere and features items such as a fried oyster dinner, seared sea scallops and, from the brunch menu, crab cake eggs Benedict. Hanks Oyster Bar was nominated for "Best New Restaurant" in 2006 and "Best Neighborhood Restaurant" in 2007 by The Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington.

Wharf Restaurant
The Wharf Restaurant is one of the most historic places in Alexandria, dating back to 1790. The wooden booths are in the original style, the original wood columns and beams are still standing and you can see the charred wood from a fire during the Civil War. The Wharf has a casual dressy style and has items such as scallops wrapped in bacon, broiled clams with garlic butter, and bacon and New Orleans catfish po' boy. The Wharf Restaurant has an extensive wine list including sparkling wines, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, pinot grigio and red wines.
