New York, has many restaurants that feature great food in a variety of price ranges. Whether you are looking for your casual burger restaurant or an elegant dinner to celebrate a special occasion, you can find the perfect restaurant. Three restaurants, however, been risen above the rest, and patrons are giving them rave reviews in regards to food, atmosphere, customer service and pricing.
Cella Bistro
Cella Bistro received numerous raves, including "exceptional service, scrumptious food, and a casual yet elegant atmosphere." The 2009 menu prices range from $16 for a pasta dish to $26 for a steak entree. A bit pricey, but deemed "well worth it" by its customers, Cella Bistro features a Tapas menu as well. A Tapas menu consists of small portions of various types of foods at a reasonable price. This allows people to try a variety of food items to see if they will like them. Hours of operation in 2009 are Tuesday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. They are closed on Sunday and Monday. It is recommended that you make reservations.

The New Winedown Lounge
Scrumptious salads, pizza and filet mignon are just some of the items that you will find at the New Winedown Lounge. Prices are a tad high, ranging from $7 to $28, but their menu offers some deluxe entrees. Patrons were thrilled to find "wonderful food and great portions" at the New Winedown Lounge. Call for hours and reservations.

Bangkok Thai Bistro
Bangkok Thai Bistro received a thumbs-up from many satisfied customers. "Incredibly good food, decent prices, great service" was some typical feedback. The restaurant features Thai food and a martini bar. If you like sushi you will be amazed at the sushi offerings here. Dinner prices in 2009 range from $8 to $26. The Bangkok Thai Bistro is open Monday through Friday at 11 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday at noon. Late nights serving is offered Wednesday through Saturday. Reservations are recommended.
