Sandpiper Lane in Gulf Shores, Alabama is located just off of West
beach Boulevard in the center of Gulf Shores' shoreline. This residential street is within only a few miles of all of Gulf Shores' attractions. Sandpiper Lane visitors are not far from
beaches, kayaking, water parks and The Wharf.
Beaches
Gulf Shores' beachfront location provides visitors with miles of beaches along the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Pavilion Area is a public access point near Sandpiper Lane in Gulf Shores. Located just under seven miles east of the intersection of Highway 59 and West Beach Boulevard, the Pavilion Area provides sun lovers with a natural beach area, complete with sea oats and sand dunes, to explore and enjoy. Public facilities include a snack bar, private showers and air-conditioned restrooms. Access is free, but parking is $6 for the day.
Kayaking
Those interested in getting into the water can do so in an ocean kayak. Just down West Beach Boulevard on Dauphine Island, visitors can rent ocean kayaks from Dauphine Island Kayak Rentals and Tours. In addition to kayaks, Dauphine Island Kayak Rentals and Tours also rents bicycles for adults and children of all ages.

Water Park
Waterville USA offers visitors a wet and wild way to cool off on a warm summer day. This 20-acre water park includes fun for every family member. The park consists of a variety of slides and pools. Waterville USA hours vary by season. Call ahead for current hours.

The Wharf
Everyone is sure to find something they will enjoy at The Wharf. This world-class entertainment complex provides visitors with many entertainment options including a 15-screen theater with stadium seating, an 18-hole golf course, a boardwalk lined with shopping and restaurants, and a colossal Ferris wheel. The Wharf is also home to a 10,000 seat amphitheater that hosts concerts featuring artists like Bob Dylan, Counting Crows and Kenny Chesney.
