resort has what it takes to make your vacation shine. Located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, this resort is in an ideal location for those searching for a hotel near Disney. The property offers a variety of spacious updated rooms and suites. Each room features flat screen televisions, work desks with Wi-Fi service and mini refrigerators. Pillow top mattresses and fresh linens provide a comfortable slumber.
Wows and Woes
The Regal Sun is about a three-minute walk to all of the fun and excitement of Downtown Disney. The resort offers shuttle transportation to the theme parks. The pool area is great and has a playground for the kids.
Most of the Orlando area hotels charge hotel guests a resort fee, but this hotel has one of the highest fees in the area. Also, the on-site restaurants and 24-hour store are overpriced.
Insider Tips
For those travelers vacationing with small children take advantage of the hotel's Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday breakfasts. The breakfasts during these days are sure to put a smile on any child's face because they feature Disney characters.

This hotel has it all, but nothing compares to watching the Disney World fireworks from your room every night. This was such a wonderful experience that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy.
