The Carriage House

Visitors to Sullivan County may opt for accommodations at the Carriage House in the town of Barryville. This establishment offers two dining venues, and you do not need to be a hotel guest to dine on-site. Main dining room entrees include lemon pepper chicken, Wiener schnitzel, grilled filet mignon and traditional Hungarian goulash with spaetzle. Dinners are served with salads; appetizers are available. Wines are served by the glass and bottle. For more casual fare, try the hotel's grill, serving dishes including grilled portobello, Delaware cheese steak, chicken wrap and a mozzarella panini. The Chocolate Mousse Cafe and Bakery

Serving breakfast, lunch and early dinner Sunday through Thursday (late-night dinner Friday and Saturday), the Mousse offers guests a choice of traditional bakery fare or heartier options.
