Irondequoit is a community in Rochester, located in southern
New York. Many people visit Irondequoit to enjoy the
beach at Lake Ontario, while others prefer to spend the day exploring area attractions, such as the Jell-O Museum and Gallery and the Geva Theatre. Tuscany's Italian Trattoria
Tuscany's Italian Trattoria is a casual restaurant located in a busy strip mall. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner. Although a variety of traditional Italian dishes (including pastas, calzones, soups and salads are offered on the menu), the restaurant's pizza that is baked in a wood fire oven is known as the house specialty. Other notable favorites include veal saltimbocca and chicken Marsala. Though not required, it is beneficial to make reservations, if you plan on dining here on a Friday or Saturday night.

Delmari's Ristorante
Located in the heart of Irondequoit, Delmari's Ristorante is a classy restaurant open during the work week for lunch and daily for dinner. Traditional Italian cuisine is offered, featuring six cheese baked ziti, chicken parmigiana, capellini pomodoro, ravioli di portobello and manicotti formaggio. The dessert menu features zeppoli, lemon creme cake and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. Make reservations if you want to eat here for dinner and avoid a wait to be seated.

Gigi's Italian Kitchen
Gigi's Italian Kitchen is a small, quaint restaurant open daily for lunch and dinner. A variety of pastas, soups and salads are offered on the menu. Notable favorites include minestrone, chicken gnocchi soup, chicken Florentine and veal parmigiana. A children's menu is available, which offers child-friendly items, including spaghetti and meatballs and macaroni and cheese. The dessert menu features cheesecake, tiramisu, cannoli and gelati.
