Mexico. Visitors to Padre Island spend most of their time at tourist attractions and destinations.
Padre Island National Seashore
The National Parks Service protects the natural habitats, plants and animals on Padre Island National Seashore. Visitors witness sea turtles and untouched stretches of beach at this national park.
South Padre Island Golf Club
The South Padre Island Golf Club is a par-72, 6,931-yard course open to the public year round.
Black Dragon Cruises
Black Dragon cruises replicates the pirate experience in South Padre Island. The company offers pirate shows, souvenirs and snacks aboard a ship modeled after galleons of the Spanish Armada.
Amberjack's Bayside Bar & Grill
Amberjack's Bayside Bar & Grill offers outdoor seating facing the Gulf of Mexico. The restaurant's dinner menu features seafood entrees such as grilled Tasmanian salmon and snapper Rockefeller.
Gravity Adventure Park
The main attraction at Gravity Adventure Park is the Bungee Grande, a 150-foot bungee jump. The park also features cart racing, rock-climbing walls and trampolines.
