4 Star Hotels Near Sunset Ranch Hollywood Stables
The Sunset Ranch Hollywood Stables has been a staple of the Hollywood Hills for 80 years. The day and evening rides feature sweeping views of
Los Angeles, including the Hollywood district, West Los Angeles and, on a clear night, even Downtown. Residing right above the famous Sunset Strip, there are numerous upscale accommodations that are close to the stables, making Hollywood the perfect destination for your next luxury vacation.
Hotel Amarano
Located in Burbank, less than three miles from the ranch is the Hotel Amarano, a boutique that features 100 elegant rooms. Previously called the Graciela Burbank Hotel, the Amarano underwent a reinvention in 2007 that brought about a new series of package stays, discount offers and new menu items. The rooms are spacious, welcoming and almost glowing as they're decked out in white and various shades of orange, which is reminiscent of a Southern California sunset. While visiting the Amarano, be sure to take in the surrounding sites and sounds, including Universal Studios, the Tonight Show with Jay Leno and the Greek Theater.

Andaz West Hollywood
The Andaz Hotel may look like your typical edgy Los Angeles office building, but it's actually a luxury hotel that was created under the Hyatt brand. Once inside the hotel the modern architecture continues, though it takes on a softer vibe with lots of brown colors and plush furnishings. The focus at the Andaz is on service, which is why personnel are eager to greet and seat guests while they get their cars valeted, luggage taken and rooms checked into. The Andaz also has a rooftop pool that will delight. It's located less than four miles from the ranch.

The Mondrian
Like the Hotel Amarano, the Mondrian also utilizes orange tones to insert bring the glorious shades of the sun inside. This is just the beginning point at the Mondrian, however. As guests wonder through the hotel they'll notice that the orange hues become darker, eventually turning into blues and purples, creating a "setting" sun at the hotel. With this theme in mind, the Mondrian is everything you'd expect a four-star Hollywood hotel to be. Its indoor swing is kitschy, its rooftop pool is luxurious, its restaurant, Asia de Cuba, is abstract and its Agua Spa, with its Zen-like decor, is inviting. The Mondrian is just four miles from the Sunset Ranch Hollywood Stables.
