Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery Conservation Center is located about six miles southwest of central Branson, Missouri (a popular tourist destination due to its plentiful live entertainment options). It is one of the state's biggest facilities for production of trout, and has existed since 1957. This hatchery covers approximately 211 acres.
